Have you ever poured your heart into working with—or believing in—someone, only for it to end in heartbreak? In that moment when it falls apart, what do you do? How do you gather yourself, breathe again, and find the courage to move forward?
In Chapter 17, I try to take everything this journey has taught me and weave it together with honesty. And the truth is—I’m still learning. There are still people who strongly dislike me. I have failed more times than I can count. I’ve had to pause, reflect, and rethink approaches when walking away felt easier and far less painful. I’ve experienced endings that were a hard pill to swallow, even when I knew they were necessary.
But this much I know to be true: when something ends, the bravest thing you can do is begin again.
Not because it’s easy.
Not because it doesn’t hurt.
But because growth, healing, and hope are found in the courage to turn the page and keep writing….
